Many employees have followed the call of the management and appeared last Friday in traditional “Tracht” to work.
Normally, ViscoTec has a central topic at this time of year in addition to its daily work: The “Volksfest” visits! Under the special circumstances in 2020, the management decided not to miss the cozy get-together completely. Last Friday they called for the “Trachten-Freitag” at ViscoTec. And as a small compensation for the cancelled company evening at the Mühldorfer Volksfest every employee received a meal voucher for a restaurant. The voucher can be redeemed together with colleagues or even privately, depending on the mood of the employees. “I am pleased that so many people followed our call and that with all the “Dirndls” and “Lederhosen” on the company premises, a bit of a “Volksfest” atmosphere actually came up,” said Georg Senftl, Managing Director at ViscoTec.
ViscoTec has survived the corona time well so far: The many different industries in which the dosing technology company is active are particularly helpful. From mid-June to the end of August, the employees had to go into short-time work to a small extent, but now the company is already running at full capacity again.
